Bath Fun and Bugs in the Tub

These photos were taken in January - before my blogging came to a screeching halt and before Ben decided that he hated the bath tub. One evening we went to take our bath and a texas tree roach fell into the bath tub as we were filling the water. Well needless to say, that was the last of pleasant baths. Ben now believes that all bath tubs have "bugs" in them and he refused to take a bath for months. IF we were lucky, we were able to hose him off while he cried at the top of his lungs. Sometimes he took a shower in Dada's shower, but most of the time he did not. He is JUST now taking pleasant baths again, but every spec of dirt is inspected and thrown out because it has the potential to be a bug. We also have to take all the both toys off the shelf to make sure no bugs are hiding. We may have scarred him for life.... now all bug sightings would make anyone think that the world is coming to an end. Lovely.
PS - so as to not further scar my child, I decided against posting the super cute pics of his little boy bottom. We will save those for his wedding one day.
